Could do with a bit more help, I mean it seems to be that generally everything is hard work and the bunch doesn't stop here.
I must say staff try as best as they can but I feel like their hands are tied in various ways.

People not aware that there are no doctors.

Looked around notice boards - so many notices.
Far too many.
